Capacity Of Castings

We have a capacity for manufacturing all types of ferrous casting around 200 M T per month.

a) For Steel Castings : Up to 160 kg single piece
b) For Cast Iron Castings : Up to 250 kg single piece
c) For S.G. Iron Castings : Up to 160 kg single piece

Following are the capabilities at our end

• Melting :
  a) We have VIP -ZEE Track induction furnace having Two No. of 350 kg. Medium Frequency melting units.
• Pattern Shop :
  We have well equipped pattern shop for mounting & methoding of patterns as per the layout.
• Moulding & Core Shop :
  The Shop is fully equipped with facilities to make moulds and cores in oil sand, Co2, No bake sand systems, shell moulding etc. and centrifugal process also.
• Fettling :
  Our Fettling shop is equipped with pneumatic tools and electrical equipments to fettle and clean the casting. We are also utilising shot blasting machine for surface cleaning of castings.
• Heat Treatment :
  1200°C working temperature oil fired furnace with automatic temperature controller and 3-point chart recorder for annealing, normalizing, hardening, tempering etc.

Introducing :

• Centrifugal Castings:
  Horizontal / Vertical types Machine - 02 Nos Fully automatic for cylindrical castings in all ferrous grades like Steel, Alloy Steel, SS304, SS316, HH, HT, HU, CI & SGI etc.
